Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2025  ·  Copalion LLC d/b/a ClaimCase

This Privacy Policy explains how Copalion LLC, doing business as ClaimCase ("ClaimCase," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares your information when you use our website at www.claimcase.com. ClaimCase is a legal marketing and lead generation company — we are not a law firm, attorney referral service, or legal advice provider. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

01

Who We Are

ClaimCase is a legal marketing and lead generation company operated by Copalion LLC, based in Erie, Pennsylvania.

We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. We connect individuals who may have personal injury claims with independent, licensed attorneys through paid advertising and marketing.

Attorneys you are connected with through ClaimCase are independent professionals — not employees or agents of Copalion LLC. Any attorney-client relationship forms solely between you and the attorney you choose to engage.

02

Information We Collect

When you complete our case calculator or contact form, you voluntarily provide:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Zip code
  • Information about your accident and injuries sustained

We may also automatically collect standard technical data when you visit the Site — including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs — through tools such as Google Tag Manager and standard web analytics.

03

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely for the following purposes:

  • To evaluate whether your situation may qualify for a personal injury claim
  • To have a ClaimCase representative contact you by phone to discuss your inquiry
  • To connect you with a single independent licensed attorney in our network
  • To operate, maintain, and improve our Site and services
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations
04

How We Share Your Information

We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With your matched attorney. Once qualified, your contact information and case details are shared with one independent licensed attorney for a free consultation.
  • With our qualification team. We work with a contracted third-party company acting as ClaimCase representatives to qualify inquiries. This company is contractually bound to use your information solely for this purpose.
  • With internal systems. We use a proprietary CRM to manage and store lead data. We do not use third-party CRM platforms that independently store or monetize your data.
  • As required by law. We may disclose your information if required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with multiple law firms simultaneously. Each inquiry is matched to a single attorney. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.

05

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and to meet legal, compliance, and business record obligations. To request deletion of your information, contact us at the address in Section 12.

06

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA and CPRA:

  • Right to Delete. Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
  • Right to Correct. Request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Opt-Out. Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. ClaimCase does not sell personal information.

We will respond to verified requests within 45 days as required by law.
